Sammons Industrial, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to support our Briggs Truck & Rail Team. You’ll manage equipment orders from placement to delivery, invoicing and payment, keeping inventory accurate and moving.

This role suits someone who stays organized, communicates clearly, and collaborates with sales, service, and vendors to keep orders on track. Hybrid in-office schedule Monday-Thursday, with Friday remote; ESOP and strong benefits are part of our team-oriented

Competenze

Strong organization and multitasking abilities to manage high volumes of equipment orders.
Clear communication and teamwork to coordinate with sales, service, vendors and customers.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

Own and coordinate equipment orders throughout the full lifecycle—from placement through delivery, invoicing, and payment, while maintaining accurate inventory and order information.
Partner with sales, branch coordinators, service teams, vendors, and outside equipment dealers to confirm order details and coordinate deliveries.
Manage a high volume of active orders and priorities including invoicing and payments.
