About the location:

Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe with 55 spacious accommodations including 14 suites, is due to re-open in December 2019 following renovation, and our 2 seasonal operations are December 15 to April 15 and from June 14 to September 30.

Discover the elegance of the Alps by joining the Mont d’Arbois Luxury Resort! Within the Housekeeping team, as a rotating team member, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and cleaning hallways, offices, and public areas

• Carrying out tasks related to the Housekeeping Supervisor’s activities and responding to guest requests to ensure a pleasant, efficient, and professional service in line with Four Seasons standards

• Following service sequences: emptying trash, cleaning baseboards, vacuuming, etc., to leave the premises spotless.

• Organizing your day based on assigned tasks and priorities from the Supervisor

• Adhering to hygiene and safety standards, using the provided products and equipment

• Working independently according to daily activity and priorities

• Ensuring cleanliness of your workspace and storage areas

• Reporting guest complaints and technical issues to your Supervisor for immediate follow-up

• Using cleaning products appropriately for different surfaces

• Utilizing and respecting cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and squeegees

• Wearing gloves when handling cleaning products
