Job Description:

We are on the lookout for an experienced professional who can lead and inspire a team of consultants, delivering exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial consolidation and close processes and extensive implementation experience.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in EPM implementation (SAP/Tagetik/OneStream/Oracle)
• A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Languages: French, English mandatory, Italian Desirable

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of consultants, providing mentorship and guidance, to ensure successful project delivery for our Cloud EPM Consolidation engagements
• Engage with clients to understand their unique financial consolidation and close requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
• Conduct comprehensive business process analysis, identify areas of improvement, and propose innovative solutions using Oracle Cloud EPM FCC.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise and best practices in financial consolidation, close processes, and Oracle's FCC product.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery methodologies and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the wider consulting team.
