Job summary

Episode Paris is seeking a Store Manager to lead our vintage fashion store in Paris and uphold our mission to combat fast fashion with sustainable solutions. You will be the face of the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere and driving sales.

Responsibilities include leading the team, supporting the Regional Manager, training staff in sales and visual merchandising, and achieving KPI targets; strong English and Paris residency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a retail management role.
• Fluent English in spoken and written form.
• Paris resident or able to relocate to Paris.

Episode Paris – Parttime/Fulltime (35 hours)

What will you do?

As a Store Manager at Episode, you will play a key role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions. You will be the face of our store and help create the unique atmosphere of a vintage clothing treasure trove.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading and managing the store;
• Supporting the Regional Manager;
• Manage a store and store team;
• Train the store staff in sales, running a store, processing delivered goods and Visual Merchandising and among other things;
• Take responsibility of store sales and KPI targets;
• Planning; Daily tasks as well as weekly schedules;

MUST HAVES

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a retail environment (hard demand);
• Speak fluently English (hard demand);
• Stress-resistant;
• Live in Paris
