Job Description

Location: Aimargues (30 minutes from Montpellier), Haguenau (30 minutes from Strasbourg), or any other Mars office

Type of contract: Permanent contract

The Supply Planning Capability Expert has expertise in the OMP OPR (Operational Planning) module and knows how to achieve the required business processes with the solution. The job owner works closely with the solution provider and Digital Technology teams to deliver key technology capabilities to business users.

What are we looking for?

• + 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain roles, ideally in planning.
• High understanding of processes related to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP+, and S&OE, preferably across multiple Mars divisions or from previous roles.
• Expertise in OMP or other Advanced Planning Systems like Kinaxis, BlueYonder.
• Experience working with remote, multicultural teams.
• Good computer literacy and understanding of data structures (Oracle, relational databases, MS Excel).
• Fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Support E2E planning transformation within areas like DRP, Deployment, Production Planning, and Sequencing.
• Translate business requirements into documented OMP functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Global Business Process Owners and functional experts to design seamless E2E planning solutions.
• Support data requirements and integration with Digital Technology teams.
• Follow up on capability developments with the solution provider.
• Assist regions in validating delivered capabilities.
• Develop and support functional training frameworks.
• Create and improve system and process documentation.
• Build relationships with Digital Technology and OMP technical partners.
• Support and guide regional functional experts.
• Manage escalations, issues, and gaps with OMP, driving resolutions.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption.
• Ensure process compliance with technology use for operational planners.
