We support scientists in laboratory relocation processes, from deinstallation to reinstallation, including post-move services like compliance workflows to ensure scientific continuity.

The Project Management Office seeks a motivated Project Manager to lead asset management and laboratory relocation projects for scientific equipment. You will ensure precise planning and seamless execution, minimizing disruptions and meeting customer needs.

You will collaborate across divisions, fostering teamwork and delivering excellent project results. Your insights will help us improve our project management practices, driving innovation and excellence.

Your main responsibilities:
  1. Leading and participating in remote and onsite relocation activities, overseeing project tasks such as laboratory productivity, inventory services, asset loading, and service level delivery.
  2. Managing complex project data related to laboratory instruments, financials, timelines, and customer specifications, ensuring data integrity using tools like Excel and Smartsheet.
  3. Building and maintaining strong, cross-functional relationships with clients, vendors, and internal/external teams, both domestically and internationally.
  4. Coordinating with third-party vendors and internal teams for quotes, invoices, issue resolution, and timely service delivery.
  5. Providing general project support, including financial reconciliation and other duties as needed.

This role is fully remote within France, with an option for a hybrid model working from our offices in Les Ulis, near Paris.

Qualifications:
  • University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience.
  • Project management qualification or experience managing complex deployments.
  • Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of laboratory environments and workflows.
  • Understanding of HSE and GMP practices is advantageous.
  • Experience in service delivery or consulting is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English and French.
