Qualifications

  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en ventes B2B SaaS complexes.
  • Historique de performance solide dans la gestion de pipelines.
  • Intérêt pour la transition environnementale et expérience en immobilier ou ESG est un plus.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer le cycle de vente complet, y compris les propositions tarifaires.
  • Développer des présentations pour des clients et diriger des démonstrations.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente fixés.

Description du poste

Deepki, leading the way in ESG for real estate stakeholdersand accelerating the transition towards net zero and sustainability.

As part of Deepki's expansion, the Senior Account Executive will be responsible for creating and managing new sales opportunities with real estate stakeholders, helping them to gain competitive advantage and improve the performance and resilience of their assets.

The core deliverables and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :

  • Working with the Sales Team, activate the sales strategy and priorities for the business
  • Position yourself as a trusted Deepki advisor within the market promoting the sale of our product and services
  • Management of the full sales cycle (inc. RFPs, pitch document requests where appropriate)
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set out, via the conversion of qualified leads
  • Develop customer facing presentations and lead demonstrations
  • Prepare and manage all pricing proposals for prospective clients
  • Develop contract deliverables with the client; engage relevant internal stakeholders in this process
  • Align with the Delivery Team to ensure a seamless transition from agreeing requirements / closing the sale, to onboarding

Other :

  • Apply the internal information systems security policy
  • Report all security incidents
  • Apply operating procedures

Your profile

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in complex B2B SaaS sales (Value Selling method or equivalent)
  • Customer centric, with the ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels within an organisation
  • Solid track record of performance in building, managing, and converting large pipelines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent proficiency in Frenchand fluency inEnglish
  • Genuine interest in the environmental transition
  • Experience in Real Estate or ESGis a plus
