Job Summary:

Supermicro Computer, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager responsible for expanding Supermicro's customer base in targeted areas. The role involves maintaining the quality, efficiency, and integrity of the sales process through marketing activities and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Approach, build, and drive influence and adoption of SMC within French enterprise customers, working with sales and technical resources.
  2. Achieve high customer satisfaction with current clients and identify potential new customers within specific vertical segments and regions.
  3. Develop new sales opportunities and enhance sales strategies through various methods.
  4. Meet revenue and pipeline quotas for individual and team performance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or a related field in IT/Data Center segments.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
  • Strong team player with excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling technology into relevant verticals is preferred.
  • Highly proactive, organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism combined with creativity and adaptability to fast-paced, diverse environments.
  • Native French speaker, both written and spoken; full professional fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
