We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager for the French Construction Enterprise Solutions team at Trimble, Inc. The role involves managing a team of Enterprise Account Managers to achieve targeted business outcomes and expand our market presence. The Enterprise sales team focuses on construction businesses with turnovers of €100m+ and is responsible for acquiring new customers, as well as cross-selling and increasing the usage of our AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Owners) software products among existing customers.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing sales activities with large-scale clients. You will effectively communicate the comprehensive value of Trimble’s AECO portfolio and coordinate internal and partner resources to achieve customer success and revenue goals. You must be an excellent communicator, well-organized, creative, and capable of negotiating with C-level executives within our customer and prospect base.
This role is based in France, ideally hybrid working from Joinville le Pont office or fully remotely in France if needed.

Le poste consiste à gérer une équipe de responsables de comptes entreprise afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux fixés et d'étendre notre présence sur le marché. L'équipe commerciale se concentre sur les entreprises de construction dont le chiffre d'affaires est supérieur à 100 millions d'euros et est chargée d'acquérir de nouveaux clients, ainsi que de réaliser des ventes croisées et d'accroître l'utilisation de nos produits logiciels AECO (architecture, ingénierie, construction et propriétaires) auprès des clients existants.
Ce poste est basé en France, en mode hybride depuis notre bureau de Joinville le Pont, ou en travail à distance si nécessaire.
