SBS in Île-de-France is seeking a Data Engineering & AI Manager to lead a growing team of data engineers and AI engineers within the IS department, driving the evolution of our enterprise data and AI platform.

You will work closely with System Integration and Architecture teams to ensure alignment across data flows, platforms, and integration solutions, delivering scalable and reliable data capabilities that support enterprise decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a multicultural international multidisciplinary data and AI engineering team.
• Data Platform & Architecture: Own and evolve the enterprise data platform and pipelines.
• AI & MLOps Integration: Drive adoption of AI/ML capabilities within data products; ensure MLOps practices.
• Delivery Management: Prioritize activities with Product Owners and Project Managers; balance new initiatives with technical debt.
