Sonepar is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Data, Integration & Business Transformation to define and drive the architecture strategy across data, integration, and processes. You will partner with leaders, regional IT teams, and Data & Analytics to advance modernization and digital transformation of Sonepar’s global operations.

The role emphasizes governance, standardization, and scalable solutions across ERP, CRM, and cloud platforms with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, or business transformation roles.
• Strong expertise in data platforms, integration architectures, APIs and event-driven solutions, and cloud ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of business process architecture and transformation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and ability to bridge business and technology.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve enterprise data architecture, governance, and standards.
• Lead the integration strategy, ensuring connectivity across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Data and AI platforms.
• Support enterprise-wide business transformation and process optimization initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into target architecture roadmaps.
• Drive standardization and interoperability across regions and units.
• Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with business, product, engineering, and technology teams.
