Sonepar is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Applications to define and drive the evolution of our global application landscape. You will lead the design of target architecture, drive platform rationalization, and establish governance across the Group in collaboration with business leaders and regional IT teams.

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise, Solution, or Application Architecture.
• Expertise in enterprise applications and integration architectures.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformations.
• Experience across ERP, Supply Chain, Commerce, CRM, and PIM domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to balance strategic vision with execution.

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect – Applications to define and drive the evolution of our global application landscape.

Working closely with business leaders, regional IT teams, product organizations, and strategic technology partners, you will lead the design of our target application architecture, drive platform rationalization, and establish architecture standards and governance across the Group.

In this highly visible global role, you will help modernize and harmonize Sonepar’s application ecosystem, ensuring that business applications are scalable, integrated, secure, and aligned with our long‑term business and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive Sonepar’s enterprise application architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long‑term technology goals.
• Lead the modernization, simplification, and rationalization of the global application landscape to improve scalability, efficiency, and interoperability.
• Support major business transformation programs, translating business needs into sustainable enterprise solutions.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance, and best practices across global and regional initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure consistency across enterprise platforms and strategic programs.
• Influence key technology decisions, promote innovation, and contribute to the growth of Sonepar’s enterprise architecture community.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise, Solution, or Application Architecture within complex international environments.
• Strong expertise in enterprise applications, business processes, integration architectures, cloud platforms, and modern technology ecosystems.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale digital transformation programs and driving architecture governance and standardization.
• Experience working across key business domains such as ERP, Supply Chain, Commerce, CRM, Pricing, Product Information Management, Data and Integration Platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to balance strategic vision and pragmatic execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B distribution, retail, manufacturing, or supply chain‑intensive industries.
• Familiarity with omnichannel commerce, AI‑enabled business capabilities, and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience with leading enterprise platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Adobe, or ServiceNow.
• Strategic thinker with a systems‑level and enterprise‑wide mindset.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and execution‑oriented.
• Skilled at driving simplification, standardization, and innovation in complex global organizations.
• Able to build trusted relationships across business and technology teams while enabling transformation at scale.

Work Mode & Location

- Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the probation period
