CMA CGM, un leader mondial dans le transport maritime, recrute un Architecte d'Entreprise pour transformer ses solutions informatiques. Vous serez en charge de la conception du système d'information, de la modernisation des infrastructures, et impliqué dans une migration vers le cloud. Ce rôle attend une collaboration étroite avec plusieurs équipes et nécessite d'excellentes compétences en communication, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise des nouvelles technologies.

Qualifications

• 5 ans d'expérience dans l'architecture de solutions.
• Connaissance des technologies API, microservices, Java, Python.
• Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, compétences en communication écrite et orale.

Responsabilités

• Gérer la cartographie des systèmes d'information pour les projets.
• Conseiller sur l'architecture et soutenir des décisions stratégiques.
• Participer à la migration vers le cloud et à la modernisation des systèmes.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO :

The EA/SA architect, you will be responsible for:

• Information System conception:
  Manage (Design, Update & document) the cartography of the IS for a specific business domain / project.
  Guaranty the integrity of the IS cartography and the general Schema.
  Define & validate the urbanization standard.
  Suggest evolution scenario & simplify the IS.
  Guaranty the consistency of the IS:
  Evaluate the consistency of the project vs target architecture & principles.
  Review business needs and estimate impact of the change on the existing systems.
• Communication:
  Advice project on the Architecture.
  Support make or buy decisions etc..

• Contributing and being proactive in defining and improving standards, architecture patterns, best practices, and the service catalogue

• Implementing prototypes, evaluating SaaS, and engaging in appropriate dialogue with vendors

• Contributing to the modernization of the historical IT system and being an active participant in the cloud migration program (deployment methodologies and migration plans)

• Ensuring the quality of delivered solutions to ensure compliance with the designed architecture

• Conducting technological watch to identify new technologies, patterns, and solutions that could add value

• Participating in the life of the architect community

• Supporting project managers in decision-making and functional teams with a functional architecture vision

• Writing and maintaining architecture patterns and principles

• Promoting and explaining the architecture roadmap

• Writing scoping documents, RFPs, RFIs, etc.

• Maintaining the architecture foundation (document capital, EAM inventory tools, etc.)

• Supporting technical and business projects throughout the project lifecycle

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• You have a Bac +4/5 education (equivalent to a master’s degree) from an engineering school or university, with an IT specialization
• You have at least 5 years of experience in solution architecture and have successfully led transformation projects
• You have experience in various organizations, both public and private, in an international environment, and with very diverse technological foundations
• You have a very good understanding of all components of the information system: application layers, middleware/technology, and infrastructure/cloud, as well as security
• You are proactive, organized, and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision and in relation with multiple teams
• You have strong knowledge of the following technologies:

• good knowledge of application technology components: Application framework, microservice architecture, API Gateway, Java technologies, node.js, MS .net, Python, etc.
• good knowledge of databases: relational and non-relational (Oracle SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake, etc.)
• Strong skills in integration components (API, Event, ETL, Job): Kong, Kafka, MuleSoft, Solace, ODI, BODS, EDIFACT, SBI
• Collaborative: Exchange, O365, SharePoint

• Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns (DDD, reactive, etc.), solution (EDA, MDM, etc.), and enterprise (TOGAF, Archimate certification recommended)

• Used to working collaboratively with tools such as: Confluence/JIRA, SharePoint, LucidChart, Git

• Experience with SAFE organization, Product Mode

• You have a strong team spirit and work with a continuous improvement mindset

• You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, allowing you to interact with all types of stakeholders, up to business directors

• You are passionate, capable of learning and implementing new technologies with ease

• You are driven by the search for solutions

• You demonstrate seniority, can argue around your designs, and explain your work and orientations with pedagogy and empathy

• You know how to work in a team and appreciate confronting your ideas with your peers, being challenged

• You can work autonomously

• You speak and write English fluently.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

As Enterprise Architect, the deliverables below are expected:

• Organise ARB, Risk analysis, Key Decision Matrix, RoadMap,
  Update of the Applicative referential architecture in Hopex (including capability, functionality, integration etc..)
• Design Solution architecture based on Solution Best practices (ADD, LAD, PAD, ADR etc..)
• Comply with security processes (TPRM, TPRA)
