Sanofi, a leading biopharma company, seeks a senior leader to define and execute the enterprise AI product strategy from Paris. You will own the agentic AI landscape, ensuring shared, governed foundations and driving adoption across R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing and beyond.

You will build reusable AI/data components, lead flagship platforms such as Document Factory and the GenAI & AI Agent Hub, and partner with senior leaders to translate emerging signals into strategic bets while maintaining

Qualifications

Advanced university degree in a relevant field.
Experience leading enterprise data/AI product strategy.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts.

Responsabilités

Define and lead Sanofi's enterprise strategy for agentic AI across the organization.
Own lifecycle of reusable AI/data components and scale them across domains.
Lead flagship platforms like Document Factory and GenAI & AI Agent Hub.
Partner with data/AI leaders to align investments and reduce duplication.
Track AI trends and translate advances into concrete opportunities.
