The role requires shaping the vision for data platforms, building scalable data pipelines, and partnering with business teams across affiliates worldwide to deliver value.

You will mentor engineers, ensure compliance with data quality, security and GxP standards, and collaborate with Cloud & Data architects, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to drive

• Extensive experience building data pipelines and data models in agile environments.
• Experience with healthcare data, compliance and GxP is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
