Job summary

Tencent Cloud is seeking an AI & LLM Solution Architect to accelerate the adoption of Tencent Cloud's enterprise AI platform across Europe. This customer-facing technical role combines solution architecture, customer engineering, and hands‑on AI implementation to help enterprises design, build, deploy, and scale production‑ready AI applications.

TokenHub provides unified access to foundation models, APIs, and enterprise-grade AI capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in a technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Generative AI, LLMs, ML, cloud computing, or solution architecture.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, MCP, and AI orchestration.
Excellent English communication; Mandarin proficiency required for collaboration with China.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI and LLM solutions leveraging Tencent Cloud TokenHub and related ecosystems.
Lead workshops, POCs, validation, and deployment planning to accelerate AI adoption.
Collaborate with customer engineering teams during implementation and production rollout.
Develop scalable enterprise AI architectures including model deployment, inference, and APIs.
Translate customer requirements into platform enhancements and best practices.
