Job summary

Exponential AI is seeking an AI Innovation Engineer to design and implement advanced ML models, applying AI techniques to real-world datasets across industries.

You will work in our Legal Innovation and Strategy department, collaborating with data engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions. Strong ML, LLM, and cloud experience are essential, with a focus on practical business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data/CS, Statistics or Business Analytics.
• Certifications in Azure, AI or Data Science are desirable.
• Proven experience with predictive and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data repositories and cloud infra (Azure).
• Experience designing, deploying, and scaling ML solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and their practical applications.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps and Agile processes.
• Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, R; familiar with Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with AzureML libraries and scikit-learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing AI-powered services in cloud and on-premise.
• Solve problems using NLP, image and text recognition.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and relationships.
• Stay updated with AI/ML trends and apply new methodologies.
• Implement metrics to track ML model performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate commercial AI solutions.
• Provide training on AI tools to stakeholders.
