Enterprise Account Manager
Enablon is expanding its sales team in Europe! To support the stronger demand for our solutions and as part of our strategy to expand direct sales in Europe, we are currently looking for a Software Enterprise Account Manager to be based in either France or The Netherlands.
Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Enablon, you will drive the growth of EHS/ORM software sales to top accounts in the Pharma industry.
- Manage complex, global or high-profile sales accounts, both existing and new. These accounts are leaders in the pharma industry with EMEA headquarters for global business.
- Close new license sales in coordination with our services organization and partners, including top accounting and implementation firms.
- Sell products/services directly to end users via face-to-face contact.
- Manage sales personally while coordinating with pre-sales, business development, marketing, services, and implementation partners. Handle initial deals and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop solution proposals aligned with sales operations, emphasizing value-based selling.
- Negotiate product/service terms in line with company policies.
- Manage complex or high-profile territories and accounts.
- Conduct regular strategic meetings with senior management to understand client needs and align them with our offerings.
- Travel to attend conferences, events, and client meetings as needed.

Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates will have both sales/account management experience and industry knowledge, capable of engaging at the executive level and maintaining partner relationships. Specifically, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in field sales or account management, with a proven software sales record.
- Deep understanding of enterprise solutions, software platforms, and implementation services.
- Recognition as an industry expert and external spokesperson.
