Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: Up to €120,000 base and €240,000 OTE
Role Description
This is a 100% new business enterprise sales role focused on the DACH region, responsible for acquiring high-value clients through both BDR-supported and self-sourced efforts. The role will contribute to the company’s SaaS transition while driving significant margin-based revenue.
Team Size: 8 AEs (3 Enterprise, 4 Mid-Market), 12 BDRs, with 4–5 AEs to be added before end of year
