Open to contractual candidates : Yes, on a derogatory basis compared to civil servant applications. A contractual candidate can be recruited pending a civil servant recruitment. The contract offered cannot exceed one year, renewable up to a total of 2 years.

Work hours : Full-time, 20 hours weekly

Location : Drancy, a dynamic commune near Paris with a rich community life and numerous projects.

Responsibilities :

• Teach musical training to students in various cycles at the Conservatory.
• Lead group and individual music training classes.
• Prepare students for projects and performances.
• Implement pedagogies fostering curiosity and artistic engagement.
• Assess student progress regularly.
• Design and prepare musical training sessions.
• Ensure proper organization and functioning of teaching materials and instruments.
• Engage students in projects and participate in collective pedagogical reflections.

Profile :

• Diploma: Certificate of Aptitude or State Diploma in musical training or equivalent.
• Experience in group activities and dynamics.
• Knowledge of pedagogical guidelines, teaching methods, child development, and educational psychology.
• Proficiency with teaching tools and project methodology.
• Understanding of public service rights and obligations.

Skills :

• Ability to transmit theoretical and practical knowledge.
• Advising students and developing their artistic and technical skills.
• Designing and adjusting pedagogical projects.
• Evaluating and guiding students based on their aspirations.
• Proficiency in office tools.
