Artistic Teacher - Dance Support Discipline - 10 hours

(in the employment framework of artistic education assistants)

Position:

• Under the supervision of the conservatory director, responsibilities include teaching dance support, managing related artistic projects, collaborating with other disciplines, proposing curriculum adaptations, organizing and monitoring student progress, fostering artistic curiosity, and participating in artistic and pedagogical projects and events.

Profile:

• Holder of a DE in dance support discipline with confirmed pedagogical experience.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, ability to synthesize, and capacity to develop coherent training offerings.
• Openness to innovative and transversal pedagogies, initiative, and knowledge of artistic teaching developments.
• Proven pedagogical skills, adaptability to various audiences and situations, and familiarity with regulatory texts concerning civil servant rights and obligations.
• Strong service orientation, organization, rigor, listening skills, teamwork, adaptability, initiative-taking, and accountability.
