within a Montessori toddler community of 16 children aged 2 to 3, working in tandem with the French-speaking Montessori educator
Your mission:
The Child
Provide an immersive English-speaking environment throughout the day.
Offer activities that support the development of oral language skills.
Support the child’s psychological development with kindness and attentiveness to their individual needs.
Assist the child in developing personal care and autonomy.
Plan and monitor each child’s progress using the school’s digital platform.
The Environment
Create a calm, organized, and inspiring learning space.
Maintain a clean and orderly environment.
The Team
Communicate thoughtfully with fellow educators.
Collaborate respectfully with colleagues to enhance the educational environment.
Share observations and make joint decisions to best support the children.
The Parents
Build and maintain regular communication with families.
Discuss each child's development and progress during scheduled meetings.
Take part in pedagogical meetings.

Profil recherché
Training & Experience
Native-level English (spoken, written, and read).
Holder of a Montessori 0–3 or 3–6 diploma.
Experience or qualification in early childhood education.
Minimum of two years of higher education (Bac +2 required).

Contract Type: Permanent (CDI)
Working Hours: Full-time during school days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding Zone C school holidays), from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Team meetings take place on Wednesday mornings.
