TransPerfect in Paris is seeking an English Language Trainer to prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training. The ideal candidate will develop course materials tailored to learners, assess their progress, and apply TransPerfect's teaching methodologies.

Native English proficiency, a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 3 years' teaching experience are required. Knowledge of the corporate environment is preferred. Join us in enhancing language skills in a dynamic training environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training
• Develop complementary course materials to meet learners’ needs
• Assess language levels
• Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high
• Monitor progress and evaluate learners’ performance throughout the course
• Apply TransPerfect’s teaching methodology and be prepared to adjust lessons to different culturally-based learning styles
• Take part in TransPerfect’s Language Trainer development plans and additional training

Requirements

• Native or native proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching English
