As Squad Lead, together with your team you'll make our editor engine worldwide leading, craft web experiences and software features that set new standards for how native & seemingless web user experience can feel like and consistently ship valuable updates to our users. If you care deeply about exceptional user experiences, want to be hands on while leading an incredible team to international success, this position might be yours.

What you'll be doing

• Write clean, scalable code and set the bar for technical decisions in your squad
• Lead and align your squad with company objectives, keeping team members motivated and accountable
• Facilitate key meetings like squad check-ins and cross-team collaborations to drive progress
• Ensure a strong team culture, fostering ownership, best practices, and continuous improvement
• Manage work distribution and capacity planning to keep everything on track
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain high development velocity and quality

Who you are

• You have 8+ years of experience in SaaS development, including hands-on technical leadership
• You have solid TypeScript knowledge and experience with Node.js and Next.js
• You understand distributed systems and build scalable, reliable web architectures
• You explain technical topics clearly and keep your team well-informed
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing speed and quality
