In the context of this project, we are looking for an Engineering Senior Project Manager M/F to join our project team in Evreux site (27). The role is a permanent position on GSK Global Capital Projects organization.

MAIN MISSIONS:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex capital projects. This includes ensuring compliance with project scope, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale projects in highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large and complex projects up to 150 M€
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver capital projects successfully from initiation to handover.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, quality, regulatory, and operations teams.
• Project integration and interdependency management.
• Advanced risk and issue management.
• Quality management, including validation and compliance.
• Project governance, reporting and stakeholders’ alignment.
• Oversees project lifecycle stages, following PMI-aligned practices.
• Ensures strict adherence to and advocates for GSK’s Project Management Framework.

PROFILE :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience managing complex capital projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and validation processes.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred).
• French and English fluent is mandatory

It is one of the 3 largest employers in the Eure department and is one of the largest drug production sites in France (about 1,000 employees).

Dans le cadre de ce projet, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Projet Ingénierie Senior H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe de projet sur le site d'Évreux (27). Le poste est un CDI au sein de l'organisation globale des Projets de Capitaux de GSK.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :

Le Chef de Projet Senior est responsable de la direction et de la gestion de la planification, de l'exécution et de la livraison de projets de capitaux complexes. Cela inclut la garantie de la conformité avec le périmètre du projet, les délais, les budgets et les exigences réglementaires. Le rôle nécessite un fort leadership, une communication efficace et une capacité avérée à livrer des projets de grande envergure dans des environnements hautement réglementés.

Responsabilités:

• Diriger des projets de grande envergure et complexes jusqu'à 150 M€

• Diriger des équipes transversales pour mener à bien des projets de capitaux depuis l'initiation jusqu'à la remise.

• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, y compris les équipes d'ingénierie, de qualité, de réglementation et d'opérations.

• Gestion de l'intégration et des interdépendances des projets.

• Gestion avancée des risques et des problèmes.

• Gestion de la qualité, y compris la validation et la conformité.

• Gouvernance des projets, rapports et alignement des parties prenantes.

• Supervise les étapes du cycle de vie du projet, en suivant les pratiques alignées sur le PMI.

• Assure une stricte adhésion et plaide pour le cadre de gestion de projet de GSK.

PROFIL :

• Diplôme de licence en ingénierie, gestion de la construction ou un domaine connexe (master préféré).

• Plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets de capitaux complexes, idéalement dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou biotechnologique.

• Connaissance approfondie des BPF, des exigences réglementaires et des processus de validation.

• Capacité avérée à livrer des projets de grande envergure dans les délais et le budget impartis.

• Compétences en leadership, organisation et communication.

• Maîtrise des outils et méthodologies de gestion de projet (certification PMP ou PRINCE2 préférée).

• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais obligatoire.
