Airbus Defence and Space is seeking an Engineering Quality Manager in Toulouse, France, to join the Quality Transversal Connected Intelligence team. You will support engineering project teams to develop and implement technical solutions, ensuring on time, on cost, and on quality delivery of products and services.

You will be part of a transnational team, driving quality controls, reviews and continuous improvement actions to sustain high standards across programs in a dynamic aerospace

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement and follow-up activities intended to assure that the design, controls, methods and techniques in a project result in a satisfactory level of quality in a product/service according to requirements
• Assure technical requirements are documented, baselined and understood by the engineering project team
• Assure engineering project teams perform all the quality controls and engineering reviews required in the engineering and quality plans
• Assure problems reports, any non-conformities to technical requirements are captured, followed and resolved
• Assure verification and validation test plans are developed and test environment created
• Facilitate test readiness reviews and test review boards
• Facilitate lessons learnt review with the engineering project team and support the implementation of improvement actions
