Airbus Defence and Space in Toulouse is seeking an Engineering Quality Manager to join the Quality Transversal Connected Intelligence team. You will drive end-to-end quality processes, ensure engineering work products meet requirements, and support project teams across the lifecycle.

The role requires at least 2 years in quality, strong communication, and knowledge of ISO 9001, AQAP, and quality frameworks such as CMMI or V-model. Fluency in French and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AQAP quality management systems.
• Familiarity with engineering processes and best practices.
• Experience with auditing processes and systems.
• Knowledge of process frameworks such as CMMI or V-model.

Responsabilités

• Ensure technical requirements are documented, baselined and understood by the engineering project team.
• Ensure engineering project teams perform quality controls and reviews as per plans.
• Capture and drive resolution of non-conformities to technical requirements.
• Develop and validate test plans and ensure appropriate test environments are prepared.
• Facilitate lessons learnt and support continuous improvement actions.
