Description du poste

You will be in charge of projects and programs in the product-facing R&D teams. We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager to look after new challenges, especially those related to delivering Advertising solutions to our clients.

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will :

• Work with the product, engineering, and operations teams to launch and evolve high-impact products.
• Own and drive complex cross-functional projects.
• Identify key dependencies and risks, and partner with other teams to resolve them.

Mission

• Partner with DevLeads, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leaders to identify and align the right priorities.
• Work with teams to deliver projects and programs on time, on budget, and with the right quality.
• Orchestrate work among involved teams (dependencies) and proactively manage risks.
• Assist teams with their transformation and help optimize their workflows.
• Leverage your soft skills to influence the organization and challenge the status quo.

Who You Are :

• BS / MS in Software Engineering or a related field (equivalent experience may be acceptable).
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a passion for technology.
• A strong interest in Project Management, helping teams structure their plans and offerings.
• A keen sense of ownership and experience managing the end-to-end project development cycle.
• Ability to handle ambiguity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence without authority.
• Experience balancing resources and competing priorities.
• Focus and attention to detail as a project manager.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to tailor communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
