Criteo recherche un Engineering Program Manager pour diriger des projets technologiques complexes au sein de son équipe R&D. Vous serez chargé de lancer et faire évoluer des solutions publicitaires en collaborant avec divers départements pour garantir la qualité, le budget et les délais. Pour ce poste, un diplôme en ingénierie logicielle et quatre ans d'expérience sont requis, ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en communication.

Description du poste

You will be in charge of projects and programs in the product-facing R&D teams. We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager to handle new challenges, especially those related to delivering Advertising solutions to our clients.

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will :

• Work with the product, engineering, and operations teams to launch and evolve high-impact products.
• Own and drive complex cross-functional projects.
• Identify key dependencies and risks, and partner with other teams to resolve them.

Mission

• Partner with DevLeads, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leaders to identify and align the right priorities.
• Work with teams to deliver projects and programs on time, on budget, and with the right quality.
• Orchestrate work among involved teams (dependencies) and proactively manage risks.
• Assist teams with their transformation and help optimize their workflows.
• Leverage soft skills to influence the organization and challenge the status quo.

Who You Are :

• BS / MS in Software Engineering or a related field (equivalent experience may be acceptable).
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a passion for technology.
• Strong project management skills, helping teams structure plans and offerings.
• Experience managing the entire project development cycle with a sense of ownership.
• Ability to handle ambiguity.
• Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills without direct authority.
• Experience balancing resources and priorities.
• Focused and detail-oriented project manager.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to tailor communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
