Qualifications

• 5+ years backend engineering experience.
• Proven leadership of teams (2–3+ years).
• Strong mentoring and code-review skills.
• Experience shaping engineering culture and processes.

• Own delivery rhythm from scoping to QA and release.
• Collaborate with PMs, Design, and customers to ensure feasibility and maintainability.
