Syntetica is seeking an Engineering Manager in Paris to lead the scaling of innovative nylon recycling technology. In this role, you will manage a team of engineers, driving project execution from lab to pilot stages while instilling engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process engineering and technology scale-up.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in pilot plants and first-of-a-kind process technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 process engineers.
• Drive execution from laboratory concepts to pilot implementation.
• Guide process engineering activities and ensure optimization.
