Vous serez responsable de l'amélioration d'une application très téléchargée, en dirigeant une équipe technique et en assurant la qualité des livraisons. Ce poste vous permettra de jouer un rôle clé dans la transformation digitale des soins de santé et d'apporter des innovations pour améliorer la communication entre patients et médecins.

Qualifications

• 4+ ans d'expérience en gestion d'équipe d'ingénieurs.
• Expérience en développement de produits B2C efficaces, maintenables et sécurisés.
• Capacité à s'adapter aux technologies pour résoudre des problèmes.

Responsabilités

• Diriger l’équipe d'ingénierie en amélioration des communications Patient-Docteur.
• Participer aux revues de code et être impliqué techniquement.
• Développer les services pour améliorer la continuité des soins.

What you'll do

Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Patient Services domain and help us become the #1 digital and secure medical companion for patients.

You will be both a technical leader and a people manager, coaching and training your team members while building an amazing engineering organization at Doctolib. In this role, you will :

• Lead the engineering team responsible for enhancing our Patient to Doctor messaging experience, with more than 14 million conversations expected to be started by patients this year.
• More specifically, you’ll join a team working on developing patient services to help patients and practitioners to leverage technologies to improve the quality of communications and continuity of care, working on features like teleconsultation, messaging, and notifications to patients.
• Empower your team to build better products, playing a pivotal role in the improvement of one of France’s most downloaded apps!
• Ensure business objectives are met as a team, by driving growth and performance of each team member;
• Set the roadmap for your team, and be the end-to-end owner of the team’s delivery and quality.
• Participate in code reviews and be hands-on if required;
• Lead cross functional initiatives to up-level our engineering team;
• Partner with Talent & People teams to recruit, develop and retain talent.

• Have 4+ years of people management experience with an engineering team;
• Are eager to be hands on with our stack : we use Typescript (React and React Native), Ruby on Rails and Java (and we are happy to help you ramp up);
• You understand the value of testing your code;
• Have the ability to adapt to the most efficient technologies to solve issues;
• Have proven experiences developing efficient, maintainable and secure B2C products;
• Are comfortable speaking English in your day by day with the team
