Job summary

DiliTrust is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Lini AI Platform to lead a dedicated squad focused on AI capabilities across the DiliTrust Suite. You will report to the Head of Engineering and own both technical quality and the human side of the team, from architecture decisions to career growth plans.

As a senior engineer-turned-leader, you will drive delivery, set standards, and shape a culture of innovation, collaboration, and rigorous product thinking around AI design and production

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience in production.
• 3+ years leading an engineering team in a product-driven setup.
• Proven ability to make architecture and scalability decisions.
• Experience at the AI/ML-product interface and production readiness.
• Fluent in French and English; strong cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ML, PMs and feature squads to define and ship Lini features.
• Translate model capabilities into product requirements and manage dependencies.
• Lead code reviews and maintain engineering standards within the squad.
• Own end-to-end delivery from scoping to deployment for Lini-powered features.
• Define integration architecture across modules, including context management.
• Partner with Head of Engineering on technical roadmap and hiring.
• Run regular 1:1s, provide feedback, and mentor engineers' growth.
• Establish testing, documentation, CI/CD and observability best practices.
