Engineering Manager: Infrastructure & API

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure & API team, a core part of Morpho’s engineering organization. This team supports multiple internal products and manages a public-facing API that is evolving into its own product, requiring high scalability, performance, and reliability to serve institutional partnerships.

You will be hands-on in design, architecture, and critical project implementation, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering and co-founder, Julien. You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure infrastructure and APIs meet both internal and external demands.

About The Team

The Infrastructure & API team consists of 5 engineers, including DevOps and backend engineers responsible for the data warehouse and accessible via https://blue-api.morpho.org/graphql. Their work ensures fast internal operations and high availability, performance, and scalability of the public API, including SLA commitments.
