TeamSystem S.p.A. cerca un leader tecnico esperto in orchestrazione di agenti AI per guidare un team di ingegneri software. Ruolo hands-on con tecnologia AI, definizione di API e milli) di sviluppo in ambienti cross-funzionali.

La posizione è ibrida con sede a Milano o Torino, offre sviluppo professionale in un contesto internazionale e una componente variabile legata alla performance.

Qualifications

• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in software engineering.
• Esperienza hands-on con tecnologie AI e gestione di modelli, memoria ed evaluation harnesses.
• Esperienza nella costruzione di piattaforme o servizi usati da team di sviluppo, inclusa design di API.
• Ottime capacità di comunicazione in italiano e inglese e attitudine al lavoro in contesto cross-funzionale.

Responsibilities

• Guidare un team di ingegneri software nell'orchestrazione di agenti AI e workflow multi-agente.
• Mantenersi attivamente coinvolto nel codice e nelle revisioni tecniche.
• Definire priorità tecniche insieme ai team di prodotto e allinearsi con Architecture.
• Garantire architettura robusta, scalabile e osservabile; promuovere standard condivisi.
• Coltivare inclusione, crescita professionale e mentalità sperimentale nel team.

We invest significantly in artificial intelligence (AI), exploring its potential to develop innovative solutions and improve our products and services.Lead a tight-knit team, charting the course and nurturing talent to deliver innovative projects in the field of **AI Agent orchestration**, with the aim of building and evolving the AI product that powers multiple AI agent systems at scale, handles context, authorization and memory.**In particular, you will:*** Lead and grow a team of AI software engineers working on agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows.* Remain hands-on with the codebase and conducting tech reviews.* Continuously experiment with state-of-the-art frontier models and the latest evaluation harnesses, assessing them in real-world scenarios and integrating what truly works into the platform.* Define the team's technical priorities together with TeamSystem product teams and the broader AI platform organization, with a strong focus on outcomes and delivery.* Work closely with the Architecture team to ensure the platform architecture is robust, scalable, and observable.* Define the evolution of TeamSystem's agentic architecture, including its components, APIs, and standards.* At least 5 years of experience in software engineering (or related fields), with solid software engineering foundations including system design, quality, and modern development practices.* Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including models, memory, evaluation harnesses, and context management. We are looking for someone who has personally experimented with and built solutions using these technologies, and who closely follows the evolution of frontier models.* Experience building platforms or services used by other development teams, including API design, developer experience, and managing cross-team dependencies.* Curiosity and a strong experimental mindset, with the ability to prototype quickly, test new approaches, and learn from failures.* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments in both Italian and English.Skills are important, but they are not enough.
