What You’ll Do
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping both product and team outcomes:
Shape the Roadmap: Translate high-level product and business needs into clear engineering goals. Prioritize effectively and align the team around the “why.”
Lead by Example: Stay hands-on at a high level—review critical PRs, contribute to architecture discussions, and unblock complex technical decisions.
Coach & Support: Grow engineers through thoughtful feedback, career guidance, and continuous learning opportunities. Foster ownership and autonomy.
Drive Delivery: Partner with Product to plan sprints, scope features, and manage changing priorities while maintaining quality and momentum.
️ Balance Innovation & Maintenance: Champion clean, scalable systems while actively reducing tech debt. Advocate for strong foundations without slowing the pace.
Elevate Engineering Culture: Set a high bar for code quality, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. Push for smarter tooling and better ways of working.
