Vous serez au cœur du développement technique en gérant des activités d'ingénierie et en favorisant l'amélioration continue dans un environnement international stimulant. Un Master en ingénierie et 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur énergétique sont indispensables.

Qualifications

  • Expérience de 5 ans comme ingénieur de projet ou ingénieur principal dans le secteur de l'énergie.
  • Expérience dans des projets de pipelines est un atout.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais C1 et du français B2 requis.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer une équipe d'ingénieurs projet et définir des objectifs collectifs.
  • Participer à l'élaboration du plan de charge du département d'ingénierie.
  • Coordonner les activités d'ingénierie avec des équipes internes et externes.

The position :

Are you ready to lead a team of engineers within a growing Engineering Department? Join ITP Interpipe and become a key player in driving the technical development of our international projects.

As part of strengthening our Engineering Department, we are seeking a proactive leader to manage a team of Project Engineers, ensure study quality, and improve technical processes in a demanding, innovative, and collaborative environment.

You will be deeply involved in the efficient roll-out of engineering activities within the company and act as technical reference on projects studies both internally and for the company, clients, and providers.

Working closely with the Engineering Director you will :

1. Manage a group of Project Engineers

Lead, mentor and develop a team of multi-skilled engineers

Define collective objectives and develop the team in line with ITP’s strategy, while fostering a collaborative mindset

  • Manage the team workload, provide guidance and support to team members when facing challenges

2. Actively participate in the development of the Engineering Department

Participate in the elaboration of the department's workload plan

Evaluate the skill set of the Engineering staff and define development plans in line with ITP strategy

Participate in the development of an eco-system of external actors that can provide expertise to address the Engineering Department and ITP technical needs

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and the diffusion of knowledge and best practices within the company

3. Lead Engineering Activities on Projects

Develop and implement the Engineering Execution Plan in close connection with the Project

Lead recruitment and sourcing of engineering resources and manage the project engineering team

Coordinate engineering activities with internal and external teams (Fabrication, Supply chain; QHSE, Vendors, Client)

Profil

Are you the perfect match?

You have a Master's degree in engineering with a Thermal and / or Mechanical specialization and can rely on successful experience of at least 5 years as a Project Engineer or Lead Engineer in the energy sector. Having participated in pipeline projects will be an advantage.

You are used to working in a project-based, multi-disciplinary team and multicultural context. You are fluent in English (minimum C1 level). Competence in French is mandatory (minimum B2 level).

You are pragmatic and able to anticipate needs and proactively propose solutions to help solve technical or organizational problems. You effectively challenge technical solutions in the interests of the project.

Your interpersonal skills and empathy enable you to cooperate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders of the company.
