Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Head of Engineering ou Tech Director.
• Expertise dans les plateformes B2C à grande échelle.
• Fluente en anglais, utilisation quotidienne.

Role: Head of Engineering

1. Lead a Tribe composed of several Squads within a core development area.
2. Ensure the security and compliance of all technical implementations, promoting a culture of data protection, reliability, and responsible risk management.
3. Manage directly several Engineering Managers and oversee dedicated experts within the Tribe, including Data, AI, Architecture, and SRE teams.
4. Support talent development through mentoring, structured feedback, and continuous coaching to nurture future leaders and outstanding engineers.
5. Guide Engineering Managers through change and transformation initiatives.
6. Be responsible for executing the roadmap successfully, including managing feature interdependencies, data integration, AI/GenAI opportunities, and platform scalability.

Candidate Profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in a Head of Engineering or Tech Director role, ideally within large-scale, real-time B2C platforms built on modern architectures and operating in agile environments. You are known for your ability to lead Engineering Managers, develop talent, create career pathways, and recruit effectively. Fluency in English is required, and you use it daily.
