Infinite Orbits, based in Toulouse, is seeking a Quality & Processes System Engineer to design, deploy and maintain the engineering management ecosystem across satellite disciplines. You will implement an as-code architecture, integrating version control, CI/CD, and custom internal applications for requirements management, configuration tracking, and non-conformance management.

You will train and support teams, drive automation, and ensure tool integration with project management and ERP systems

Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering (Bac+5) in computer science, systems engineering, aerospace, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience combining systems engineering (or quality) and software development.
Strong experience in web development (Python/Django or equivalent) and version control/CI-CD tools (Git, GitLab).
Experience implementing versioned knowledge management tools (Markdown, Obsidian, or equivalent).
Knowledge of systems engineering practices (requirements management, traceability, configuration management) and ECSS standards.
Strong appetite for automation and continuous process improvement.
Excellent technical and educational communication skills, both oral and written, in professional English.
Nationality: French nationality is mandatory due to project requirements.

Responsabilités

Design and deploy the Engineering Management System.
Define, develop and maintain internal tools for requirements management, configuration tracking, and non-conformance management.
Define an s codengineering architecture across satellite disciplines, adopting software development practices.
Define, develop and maintain document management and configuration control processes across the product lifecycle.
Train and support engineering teams in adopting new tools and processes.
Work with systems, software, quality and IT teams to define tooling needs and ensure integration with existing ecosystems.
