Job summary

Infinite Orbits in Toulouse is seeking a Systems Engineering Quality Manager to establish, manage, and continuously improve the systems engineering framework for a fast-growing satellite design and manufacturing company.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering rigor and execution speed, ensuring that systems engineering processes, methods, and configuration control are robust, scalable, and consistently applied across all programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, satellite or spacecraft development programs.
• Exposure to MBSE tools such as Cameo and Capella.
• Experience setting up processes in a startup or fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain systems engineering processes aligned with industry standards (ECSS, NASA, ISO).
• Own and manage the systems engineering toolchain (e.g., MBSE tools, configuration management systems).
• Define and enforce configuration management processes for all system baselines (requirements, design, interfaces, verification artifacts).
• Ensure end-to-end traceability from mission objectives to verification across subsystems.
