Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Head of Engineering ou Tech Director.
• Expérience dans des plateformes B2C en temps réel.
• Bilingue en anglais requis.

Role: Head of Engineering

You will lead a Tribe composed of multiple Squads within a core development area, ensuring the security and compliance of all technical implementations. You will foster a culture focused on data protection, reliability, and responsible risk management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing Engineering Managers and overseeing experts within the Tribe (Data, AI, Architecture, SRE).
2. Supporting talent development through mentoring, feedback, and coaching to nurture future leaders and engineers.
3. Guiding your teams through change and transformation.
4. Ensuring the successful execution of the roadmap, including feature interdependencies, data integration, AI/GenAI opportunities, and platform scalability.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Head of Engineering or Tech Director, ideally within large-scale, real-time B2C platforms built on modern architectures and agile environments.
• Proven ability to lead Engineering Managers, develop talent, create career paths, and recruit effectively.
• Fluency in English, with daily use.
