As Head of Engineering, you will lead a Tribe consisting of multiple Squads within a core development area. Your responsibilities include ensuring security and compliance of all technical implementations, promoting a culture of data protection, reliability, and responsible risk management. You will directly manage several Engineering Managers and oversee specialists in Data, AI, Architecture, and SRE within the Tribe.
You will support talent development through mentoring, feedback, and coaching to nurture future leaders and engineers. Guiding your Engineering Managers through change and transformation is also key. You will be responsible for executing the roadmap, including feature interdependencies, data integration, AI/GenAI opportunities, and platform scalability.
Requirements include at least 5 years of experience in a Head of Engineering or Tech Director role, preferably within large-scale, real-time B2C platforms built on modern architectures and operating in agile environments. You should be skilled in leading Engineering Managers, talent development, creating career paths, and recruiting effectively. Fluency in English is required.
