Your next challenge

The Digital Workplace Engineer plays a critical role in driving innovation, operational efficiency, and end-user satisfaction. This role requires technical expertise, strategic vision, and executional skills to deliver world-class digital workplace solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration, productivity, and security across multi-regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implementation & Continuous Improvement: Lead deployment, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of workplace software and hardware solutions.
  2. Collaboration Across Teams: Coordinate with global, regional, and local teams to align operational capabilities with corporate strategies.
  3. End-User Resource Optimization: Design and optimize end-user resources, focusing on auditing, cost efficiency, and compliance.
  4. Microsoft Productivity Tools: Manage deployment and lifecycle of Microsoft tools like Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  5. Asset Management & Automation: Drive asset management excellence through automation, security, and auditing.
  6. Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
  8. Training Program Development: Create training programs to enhance employee skills.
  9. Emerging Technologies Evaluation: Assess and integrate new technologies to boost productivity.
  10. Vendor Relationship Management: Manage vendor relations, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality.
  11. Documentation & Process Standardization: Standardize documentation and processes regionally.
  12. Workplace Strategy Implementation: Support countries in implementing workplace strategies.
  13. ITIL Process Leadership: Lead ITIL practices and ensure KPI adherence.
Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of experience in workplace engineering, managing complex, multi-regional environments.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management (Microsoft Intune, Tanium), and ITSM workflows (ServiceNow).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in deployment and support strategies.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, security, compliance, and automation tools like PowerShell and Power Automate.
  • Understanding of ITIL v4 and change management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
