We’re looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support our cutting-edge DVS (Dynamic Vapor Sorption) systems across France and parts of Europe.

Responsibilities

1. Install, maintain, and service advanced scientific instruments at customer sites
2. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure uptime and customer satisfaction
3. Build strong relationships with users, offering training and support
4. Document service activities and track performance

Qualifications

• Background in electronics, engineering, or a related scientific field
• Experience with instrument servicing (mechanical, electronic, or electromechanical)
