Overview

This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale a high-performing mobile engineering team focused on delivering world-class iOS and Android applications. You will drive innovation while ensuring technical excellence, shaping both the team culture and the product roadmap. Your work will directly impact millions of users, delivering smooth, fast, and engaging app experiences. Collaborating closely with Product, QA, and Design teams, you will make key technical decisions, mentor engineers, and establish best practices for app development. The environment is dynamic, creative, and fast-moving, with full autonomy to implement bold ideas while balancing technical robustness and scalability.

Accountabilities
  • Lead the mobile engineering team for iOS and Android applications, fostering collaboration, ownership, and technical growth.
  • Translate the product vision into actionable development plans, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable features.
  • Make strategic technical decisions balancing innovation, performance, and technical debt.
  • Mentor engineers, set clear performance objectives, and provide guidance for alignment with business and technical goals.
  • Continuously improve team workflows, development tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Influence company-wide technical direction and app strategy.
