World Bank Group’s IFC unit in Paris seeks a (Senior) Investment Officer to grow the Europe infrastructure footprint. You will manage origination, deal execution, and portfolio work, focusing on regional opportunities with Western European sponsors and complex transaction structures.

You will lead teams, mentor staff, and engage with clients and partners to deliver sustainable development impact across the region.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure investment and financing.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills with track record.
• Strong technical and operational skills in structuring and closing infra investments.
• Understanding of power, transportation, utilities, natural resources, telecoms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communications.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Experience with debt capital markets is a plus.
