Jobtailor is seeking an IT systems administrator to manage and evolve the end-user environment, focusing on Microsoft Intune, 365, and multi-OS configurations for Windows and iOS. You will craft deployment profiles, automate tasks with PowerShell, and oversee VMware Horizon View VDI infra, ensuring high availability and security through standard practices.

Qualifications

• Presence on weekdays during standard business hours.
• Occasional availability for evenings, weekends or incidents as needed.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and multi-tenant iOS environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune and Autopilot.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and VMware Horizon View.
• Proficient in PowerShell and using Microsoft Graph API.

Responsabilités

• Administer and evolve end-user environment daily.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 configurations.
• Create Windows 11 deployment profiles and Autopilot.
• Package and distribute MSI apps via Intune.
• Maintain multi-OS configurations for Windows 10/11 and iOS.
• Administer VMware Horizon View VDI infrastructures.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell and Graph API.
• Ensure desktop/mobile fleet readiness and monitoring.
• Handle incidents, delivery management and reporting.
• Keep documentation and CMDB up to date.
