Eton Technologies is seeking a Device Management Engineer to join the Cloud Services team, focusing on deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows 10/11 devices across our retail environments.

This is a remote position offering hands-on OS-level operational work, including rollout of new solutions and break-fix for devices not communicating, patching, or functioning properly. The role requires strong Windows Intune experience and PowerShell scripting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Windows 10/11 patching and deployment troubleshooting via Intune.
• Experience learning and supporting Adaptiva Patch.
• Diagnosing deployment failures using Windows Event Logs and Intune logs.
• Solid PowerShell scripting for troubleshooting and automation.

Responsabilités

• Deploy Windows 10/11 devices via Intune in retail environments.
• Troubleshoot patching and application deployments, resolve failures.
• Maintain device health and ensure reliable operations across sites.
• Provide US overnight and early-morning coverage as needed.
