What success looks like in this role:

Responsible for day-to-day Mobile Device Management (MDM)/Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM)/Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) installations for customer evaluations and purchases. Takes care of all support needs for customers on the Workspace ONE platform. Configure, install, and troubleshoot various software issues related to the installation and maintenance of VMware Workspace ONE UEM products. Must possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to accommodate a variety of skill levels. Act as a proactive resource for Mobinergy clients by identifying new features and updates of mobile technology in general and of the Workspace ONE platform specifically. Provide detailed documentation whenever necessary for our customers and our employees.

Role and Responsibility:
  1. Deep understanding of the Workspace ONE Platform including UEM, Access, and Intelligence.
  2. Provide courteous and prompt support to all customers and teammates.
  3. Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Google Workplace.
  4. Support existing Workspace ONE customers with troubleshooting, upgrades, and general questions.
  5. Familiarity with and interest in mobile devices and laptops (iOS, Android, Mac OS, Windows 10, etc.).
  6. Skills in Windows 10 will be greatly appreciated.
  7. Customer-facing experience and comfort in interfacing directly with customers on deep-dive product discussions.
  8. Occasionally participate in the pre-sales process to understand client's business, technical objectives, and product requirements.
  9. Implement solutions to meet the business/technical objectives – including Assessment, Design, Implementation, Transitional Support, and Optimization.
  10. Possess a positive attitude and feel comfortable working with all organizational levels, including account teams, technical architects, directors, VPs, and CXOs.
  11. Willingness to travel as client needs dictate.
Project Administration
  1. Estimate appropriate project deliverables as requested.
  2. Accurately determine resource requirements for specific projects or tasks.
  3. Attend team meetings, conference calls, etc.
  4. Work with teammates to prioritize tasks.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Skills required:
  • Experience with VMware AirWatch/Workspace ONE; VMware Workspace ONE technical certifications (e.g., VSP, VTSP).
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Internet savvy.
  • General working knowledge of MS Windows and Apple macOS.
  • Understanding of network and security management (Load Balancer, Firewall, WAF, etc.).
  • Knowledge about certificate management.

  • DEEM (Nexthink, 1E)

What is your ideal profile?
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Sciences.
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT engineering across various technologies, with deep knowledge of multiple technologies being essential.
