Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager - Money Movement in France to own end-to-end money movement capabilities across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts, and the underlying infrastructure.

You will collaborate with Finance, FinOps, engineering, and banking partners to design scalable processes, optimize settlement and liquidity, and adapt solutions for emerging-market corridors while balancing customer experience with operational discipline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience (7+ years for Lead).
• Proven experience shipping payment rails in fintech environments.
• Experience with on-ramps, off-ramps, ACH, SWIFT, wire transfers, or card acquiring.
• Experience managing payment products across multiple PSPs or banking partners.
• Strong understanding of settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and payment operations.
• Ability to analyze corridor economics including deposit fees, FX spreads, transaction fees.

Responsabilités

• Own the money movement surface across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, payouts, and infrastructure.
• Build scalable infrastructure for settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury operations.
• Define payments operating models including settlement cycles, reconciliation cadence, and processing workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance and FinOps to build robust processes and reduce manual work.
• Work with partner banks and PSPs to align requirements and rail decisions.
• Shape solutions for emerging-market corridors and standardization where possible.
